Production Management
Job requirements:
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above;
2. Have at least 3 years of work experience in the rubber products industry or automotive parts industry;
3. Possess capabilities in lean production management, safety production management, equipment and energy management, cost management, etc;
4. Possess strong communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and proactive attitude.
Job responsibilities:
1. Organize production implementation, coordinate various resources, and achieve production task requirements.
2. Oversee the preparation of plans, arrange production reasonably, and supervise their implementation. Organize special meetings such as plan reviews, summarize problems, and formulate and implement improvement measures.
3. Supervise and conduct special inspections on fire safety, special equipment safety, safe electricity use, equipment safety devices, etc., and oversee the rectification of hidden dangers.
4. Establish on-site 5S management standards, organize daily 5S management and special 5S cleanup activities on site, and conduct regular 5S special inspections.
5. Implement product warehousing management to ensure consistency between accounts and physical inventory, and organize shipments according to plan.

Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for establishing and maintaining the company's quality management system, as well as optimizing it. Organize and promote the optimization of business processes and operational standards.
2. Oversee and manage the organization, coordination, and implementation of internal audits (system audit, process audit, product audit) of the quality management system, as well as external second-party and third-party audits;
3. Responsible for supplier quality management and process management, implementing inspection of incoming materials and supplier processes, as well as supervising and improving these processes;
4. Responsible for process management, supervising the implementation of standards, identifying process risks, and organizing improvements;
5. Oversee and manage the receipt of quality-related information such as customer complaints, organize internal investigations to identify the causes of complaint anomalies, and communicate with customers.
