Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for process operation and maintenance, including process changes, non-conforming product management, SPC, monitoring and measurement, etc;
2. Responsible for process technology research, including the study and improvement of process routes from product design to implementation;
3. Responsible for process quality research, continuous improvement of product quality based on PDCA, and further promoting manufacturing intelligence;
4. Responsible for organizing and managing production process training plans and their implementation, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of the training.

1. Responsible for supplier (outsourcing) quality management and second-party audit work;

3. Responsible for receiving customer quality information and organizing analysis and improvement;
4. Responsible for quality risk assessment and evaluation confirmation in activities such as product development (mass testing process), equipment PQ evaluation, and 4M changes.

Production Management
Job requirements:

Job responsibilities:
1. Analyze and balance production capacity based on the maximum production capacity of each process equipment and the capability of tooling and molds, to achieve optimal production output;
2. Prepare production plans (including annual, monthly, weekly, and daily plans), organize plan reviews and plan confirmation adjustments, and ensure that the plans are reasonable, appropriate, and meet customer needs;
3. Check daily production and inventory data, analyze and evaluate production anomalies that occur on site, and prepare monthly production reports;
4. Inspect, confirm, and coordinate the commencement and conclusion work of the production department to ensure smooth production as planned;
5. Responsible for analyzing factors affecting the implementation of production plans, providing feedback to the responsible department for formulating corrective and preventive measures, and tracking their implementation.
