Formula types: With a hardness range of 35-95, we have developed rubber formulas in different series focusing on heat resistance, ozone resistance, wear resistance, oil resistance, fatigue resistance, low dynamic-static ratio, low pressure variation, and high strength. We have established a standardized management database for formulas, enabling us to quickly respond to customers' needs for new product development 2. Main materials: CR, NR, BR, SBR, EPDM, NBR, HNBR, FKM, etc. The rubber properties meet ASTM, ISO, GB standards as well as the enterprise standards of major OEMs 3. Relying on chemical rubber mixing technology, the dispersion of fillers and additives in rubber has been improved, thereby significantly enhancing product performance. |

Currently, the traditional production process of air spring bladders involves multiple production steps, utilizes various large-scale equipment, requires high equipment investment, occupies a large area, demands considerable labor input, involves a lot of repetitive work, and takes a long time to complete. The company actively explores the application of new processes and technologies, and has independently developed an automatic winding bladder production line to enhance the overall automation and intelligence level of bladder production. The automatic winding production line achieves direct production of bladder bladders from the input of rubber material, eliminating processes such as film calendering, cord calendering, and cutting in traditional production. Equipped with multiple automation and intelligent technologies such as an automatic core rod docking system, a fully automatic online thickness measurement system, a fully automatic online defect detection system, and an automatic core rod circulation logistics line, the automatic winding production line ensures product stability and uniformity, enhancing product quality. The production rate of the automatic winding production line is more than five times that of traditional processes. |

The laboratory is equipped with testing equipment such as fatigue testing machines, quarter suspension fatigue testing machines, hydraulic burst testing machines, expansion outer diameter testers, and crimping machines. These devices are capable of conducting vertical durability/high and low temperature fatigue testing, burst pressure testing, expansion outer diameter testing, and peel strength testing, ensuring the performance of high-quality products.
