This has enhanced the overall automation and intelligence level of bladder production, and increased the application rate of intelligent equipment in air spring enterprises. This automated production line achieves functions such as automatic product cutting, automatic inspection, and automatic warehousing. It also utilizes Internet of Things (IoT) technology and features high automation, fast information processing, and high integration of production information and management. It realizes the automation and intelligence of the capsule skin end production process, which can improve production efficiency and energy utilization, reduce labor costs and employee labor intensity. Meanwhile, the production line also utilizes the AGV intelligent conveyor system. The feeding and conveying of materials, as well as the transfer of finished products after storage, are all carried out by AGV robots, further enhancing the automation level of the production line. |
